How do I take care of my jewellery?
Most Aglaea pieces are crafted from 18k gold-plated stainless steel, with a small selection made from sterling silver. Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine, perfumes, cleaning products and harsh chemicals. After wear, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes. All Aglaea jewellery is covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing faults. If you experience an issue with your piece within this period, we’ll assess it and repair or replace it where applicable. Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, stretching, accidental damage, loss, or damage caused by improper care.
How should I store my jewellery?
Keep your jewellery somewhere clean, cool and dry, ideally stored separately to prevent scratching or tangling. Sterling silver can naturally oxidise over time, so keeping it protected from moisture and air when you’re not wearing it will help maintain its finish.
