How long does shipping take?
We use AusPost for all of our orders.
Estimated shipping timelines are listed below. Please bear in mind that there may be slight differences/delays depending on your postcode:
AU Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
AU Express Shipping: 1 – 3 business days
International Standard Shipping: 9 - 20 business days
International Express Shipping: 7 - 15 business days
Will I be charged duties or taxes?
There may be duties or taxes incurred by your order that you are responsible for. Aglaea Jewellery does not include these fees in our final prices. Duties and taxes are determined by final destination. Please contact your local custom office for details on how duties and taxes are calculated and paid.
Do you use freshwater pearls?
All of our pearl necklaces and bracelets are made with genuine Swarovski crystal pearls. We use Swarovski pearls due to the uniforms shape. Although we do have freshwater pearl necklaces we custom make.
Do you use real gold?
All of our pieces are gold filled we prefer using gold filled products to help your items last longer and hopefully (with the proper care) years to come!
My order arrived faulty! What now?
We double and triple check every order before it heads out! If your item arrives damaged email us at email@example.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we are happy to help!
My jewellery is starting to tarnish!
We have a guide on how to look after your jewellery please refer to it. We are not responsible for the after care of your jewellery.

Yes we do!
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by emailing us ASAP to firstname.lastname@example.org we generally ship between 1-4 days so please keep this in mind when emailing us!
Does my order include warranty?
Yes we do offer 90 day warranty with any purchase from Aglaea Jewellery. Manufacture defects are included in the warranty. Manufacturing defects do not include tear, scratching, stretched chains, lost jewellery or jewellery damage due to improper cleaning or storage. If it exceeds 90 day and a repair is needed a repair fee may incur depending on the damage.
