You can cancel your order by emailing us ASAP to admin@aglaeajewellery.com we generally ship between 1-4 days so please keep this in mind when emailing us!

Yes we do offer 90 day warranty with any purchase from Aglaea Jewellery. Manufacture defects are included in the warranty. Manufacturing defects do not include tear, scratching, stretched chains, lost jewellery or jewellery damage due to improper cleaning or storage. If it exceeds 90 day and a repair is needed a repair fee may incur depending on the damage.
