Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on change of mind items, we will only accept a return if the item arrives faulty/damaged.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@aglaeajewellery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For your protection we highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages when being sent back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate your concerns.

We offer 90 day warranty with any purchase from Aglaea Jewellery, in which we will repair manufacture defects. Manufacture defects do not include, tearing, scratching, stretched chains, lost jewellery or damaged jewellery from improper care, cleaning and storage. In the case it is not a manufacture defect, we can offer to repair it for you for a fee depending on the damage that has occurred.

When sending back damaged/defected items please make sure they are in a sanitary condition we will not work on any piece of jewellery with dry skin, excess hair, blood, or in unhygienic packaging. If we receive an item in any unsanitary condition we will refuse to work on the piece and send it back to the customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and earrings (for hygienic purposes). We do not offer refunds for cancelled permanent jewellery appointments with under 72 hours notice.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional discounts, sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. In the case that it is a return for change of mind, we are unable to refund the original shipping amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds on Unclaimed Packages

Refunds for unclaimed packages will be processed minus the original shipping costs and any return fees incurred.
