Shipping policy
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During sales, collection launches and other busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times are separate from the estimated delivery time provided by the shipping carrier.
Australian Shipping
We ship Australia-wide from Melbourne, Victoria.

International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.

International delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing and the local postal service.
Your order may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other fees once it reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after your parcel has been collected or scanned by the carrier.
If your tracking has not updated for several days or your parcel is taking significantly longer than expected, please contact us at admin@aglaeajewellery.com with your name and order number and we’ll be happy to assist.
