Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please keep in mind all our items are hand made and a majority of them are made to order.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Aglaea Jewellery is not responsible for these charges and if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days (Australia) or within 20 business days (International) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@aglaeajewellery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected from the post office and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. We will contact the customer to arrange for payment before the package is resent. Reshipping fees will be charged at the standard rate used for the initial shipment, covering the cost of returning the package to us and the cost of sending it out again. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or failure to pick up the package, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional reshipping/processing fees.
